Cargo packaging

Introduction to Packaging

Packaging Procedure

Procedure :

1. Product Inspection: Inspect products before packaging to ensure they are free from damage or defects.

2. Internal Packaging: Use bubble wrap, foam, or other internal packaging materials to provide extra protection.

3. External Packaging: Place products in external packaging boxes and seal them with tape.

4. Labels and Tags: Attach relevant labels and tags to the outside of the packaging box for easy identification and handling.

Internal Packaging

  1. Internal packaging directly surrounds and protects the product from movement, friction, or damage. It uses materials like bubble wrap, foam, and cushioning to absorb shocks and prevent collisions, especially for fragile or delicate items. It may also include moisture protection or labeling for product identification and handling instructions.

    * Product Protection

    * Preventing Friction and Damage

    * Product Display and Labeling

    * Moisture and Dust Prevention

External Packaging

External packaging is the outermost layer that safeguards the entire shipment from external damage like impacts, compression, and weather conditions. Common materials include corrugated boxes, wooden crates, or plastic containers. External packaging also facilitates easy handling, stacking, and includes necessary labels for safe transport.

* Cargo Protection

* Waterproof and Dustproof

* Transport Labeling and Marking

* Ease of Handling and Stacking

* Environmental Friendliness and Recyclability

Packaging Material - Sea shipment

  1. Moisture Resistance: During sea transport, goods may be exposed to humid environments. Using moisture-resistant materials (such as plastic films and moisture-proof paper) to package goods helps prevent moisture damage.
  1. Sturdiness and Durability: Packaging materials must have sufficient strength to withstand impacts and pressure during transportation. Wooden crates and reinforced cardboard boxes are commonly used for sea shipping.
  1. Shock Protection: To reduce vibrations and impacts during transit, shock-absorbing pads or foam inserts can be added inside the packaging.
  1. Rust Prevention: For metal products, rust inhibitors or anti-rust paper should be used to prevent corrosion caused by the high salt content in the sea environment.

Packaging Material - Air shipment

    1. Lightweight: Since air freight costs are calculated based on weight and volume, packaging materials should be as lightweight as possible to reduce transportation costs. Common choices include cardboard boxes, plastic containers, and aluminum cases.
    1. Shock and Impact Protection: During air transit, goods undergo multiple handling processes and are prone to impacts and vibrations. Shock-absorbing materials such as foam inserts or bubble wrap should be added inside the packaging to protect the goods.
    1. Theft Prevention: Air freight often involves high-value goods, requiring theft prevention measures such as seals or anti-theft labels to prevent unauthorized opening or theft.
    1. Clear Labeling: The packaging should clearly indicate the contents and handling requirements of the goods, such as “Fragile” or “Keep Dry,” to ensure proper handling by transport personnel.

Our packaging advantages

Our progress

Cargo packaging plays a key role in these modes of transportation as it ensures that products reach their destination safely over long distances, avoiding damage caused by handling or environmental conditions.

We will strictly inspect all goods before packaging to ensure stable quality and avoid the mixing of defective products.

Packaging prevents products from being damaged by impact, friction, or pressure during transportation, especially for fragile or precision items.

Proper packaging materials protect products from moisture, humidity, or dust, keeping the goods clean and dry.

Internal cushioning materials absorb shocks and collisions, reducing the risk of damage during handling.

External packaging helps with stacking and handling, improving transportation and storage efficiency, particularly with standardized packaging sizes.

We can customize your inner packaging according to your needs or product size to further enhance protection and avoid damage during transportation.
